The first SCM SIG meeting was held. Andy Tan, Chairman of SCM SIG
presented the objectives and scope of this special interest group.
He also updated the SIG on the latest development at ITSC XML Working
Group. He proposed the adoption of XIP project, which was a project
carried out by ITSC XML Working Group. This project was completed
